10 Bible Verses Every Child Should Memorize

    You can help your children to  memorize God's Word. 
    This is one of the greatest gifts that you can give them.
    I compiled these verses because they are simple, meaningful, and easy for children ages 3–10 to learn.
    You can encourage your child to memorize one verse every new week and tell you what it means to         them.

🌹 Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Lesson: Always trust God, even when you don't understand what is happening.

🌹 Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Lesson: The Bible helps us know the right way to live.

🌹 Ephesians 6:1
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
Lesson: God is pleased when children obey their parents.

🌹 Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Lesson: Jesus gives us strength to do what is right and to keep trying.

🌹 Joshua 1:9
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid... for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
Lesson: God is always with us, so we do not need to be afraid.

Lesson: Loving God should be the most important thing in our lives.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Lesson: God loves everyone and sent Jesus to save us.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.
Lesson: We should thank God every day because He is always good.

Lesson: We can talk to God anytime and anywhere.

Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
